presented over cheese grits and sautéed mixed vegetables

Fresh Grouper, shrimp and oysters pan-seared and tossed with a classic Creole sauce

and presented over capellini pasta served with pesto ciabatta

Half rack of slow cooked and bbq basted baby back ribs,

with grilled chicken, steak skewer, fries and NC slaw
