Beef tenderloin tips and yellow fin tuna pan seared with stir fry vegetables
in Asian Orange sauce served over basmati rice with wontons

Cajun Cat

Salt and pepper broiled NC catfish draped with a gator sausage, peppers
and onions spiced cream sauce served over rice and lemon butter sautéed escarole

Ready for the Show

Two beef tenderloin medallions grilled to order, finished with bleu cheese cream sauce
and Applewood smoked bacon served over mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables
