red onions and melted cheddar jack cheese.

Blackened yellow fin tuna and baby shrimp over white rice.

Served with stir fried vegetables and broccoli and

our Red Cowboy sauce


Late Summer Grill

Bone-in pork chop topped with herb mozzarella and sautéed

peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Served over red rice and

mixed vegetables
