 Grilled barbequed boneless pork loin cutlet topped with ham, Applewood smoked bacon

and cheddar cheese piled on a warm brioche bun with pickles

and fried onion straws served with fries

Buttermilk fried marinated chicken breast topped with mushroom onions brown gravy,

served with sides of mashed potatoes and garlic sautéed green beans




Pan seared beef tenderloin tips tossed in Chef’s Asian Orange sauce with squash, zucchini,

peppers, onions and carrots served with a side of steamed basmati rice

Grilled salmon fillet glazed with chipotle honey and served over a bed of mixed greens with cucumbers,

red onions, grape tomatoes, carrot ribbons, spiced pecans and crumbled goat cheese
