Prosciutto stuffed chicken breast finished with herb mozzarella

presented over spinach risotto

Low Country Shrimp & Grits

Pan seared jumbo shrimp with bacon, mushrooms, onions and Cajun cream

served over grits cakes with sauteed mixed vegetables
